This is made possible because they are manufactured with double angle extrusions, which are more durable, long-standing and resistant to damage compared to a single angle extrusion.

Our custom foam inserts can be added to your order. They are designed inhouse using our CNC router. This means that regardless of the shape or dimensions of your computer or laptop we can create a foam fitting to fit perfectly around your items. This helps to maintain a solid internal structure and adds further strength to the case. You can customise your fitting, so it is in line with your company colours or branding.

Custom IT Flight Cases

We will then create initial designs and send them back to you so you can review them. Any request for changes will be taken on board and once you give the case design the go ahead, we will begin producing your order. We can provide you with sample cases along the way too if you wish.
