We produce every case with double angle extrusions so they can withstand tough shipping conditions. The double angle means the case lasts significantly longer, and is much more resistant to damage and impacts, than one made from a single angle extrusion.

Custom foam inserts are also available. When used they add a further level of protection to the items placed inside your case. The fittings are made using CAD and our CNC router. They fit closely around your valuables so that they do not rattle inside the case when it is being taken from one place to another. We offer various customisation options for our foam fittings.

Custom Medical Cases

Each medical flight case style we offer can be customised in line with your company branding. This helps your cases stand out and in turn, helps to promote your business.

Part of this customisation process can be carried out by our new laminate pressing machine. We use a selection of coloured laminates to make your custom case. The different colours are also great for categorising your cases depending on the items inside. Because we perform this in house, we have also seen a reduction in lead times.
