At Absolute Casing, we design and manufacture Flight Cases with the intended purpose to transport, protect and store helmets for the Motorsports industry. Take a look through the cases that we have available on our site.

  • All cases come with the option of four standard colours: BLACK, RED, BLUE or GREY.
  • There is also the option of screen printing or full vinyl wrapping for an extra cost, if you would like either of these features then please contact a member of our team.
  • We have built custom and standard flight cases for many different motor sports teams and suppliers including but not limited to McLaren, Williams, Lotus and Sahara Force India.

Helmet Flight Case with Storage Compartment

Flight Case designed for the protection, storage and transportation of a single helmet and gloves/cleaning cloth.

Features:

  • Manufactured from the highest quality 9mm plywood available in black, red, blue or grey
  • 2 x Heavy duty butterfly catches on front of case with padlock loops for security (padlocks not supplied)
  • 1 x Heavy duty recessed ergonomic sprung handle
  • 8 x Ball corners to protect the case and contents from any exterior hits
  • 1 x Useful compartment for storage of gloves and cleaning cloths
  • Lid stay hinges on the rear of the case hold the lid open safely at just above 90 degrees
  • 10mm foam lined throughout for extra protection of your helmet
  • Option of screen printing or vinyl wrap at an additional cost
  • Other colours of plywood are available for an additional cost
