This custom flight case was designed and manufactured to store and protect a large brazing jig used in the production of engines.

• Manufactured from high-quality durable 9mm plywood.
• Custom CNC routed foam perfectly fit and protect the brazing jig while in transportation and storage.
• Base of the case and lid of the case have been lined with “egg box” style foam to provide extra protection to the unit.
• 4 x “doughnuts” on the base of the case allow the case to be transported easily by forklift.
• 4 x Secure butterfly catches with locking loops to accept a customer supplied lock.
• 8 x Hard-wearing ball corners to protect the case and contents from any external hits.
• 8 x Ergonomic, recessed, sprung handles.
