Workshop Kit Instrument Flight Case

This flight case was designed and manufactured as a storage and marketing system for a range of instruments needed in medical procedures.

• Our dedicated design team designed three layers of foam fittings that perfectly store, protect and present a full set of medical instruments.
• The foam fittings have been labelled so that the user can easily find the exact tool that they are looking for.
• The three foam fittings stack on top of each other in a flight case, this allows the user to have all the kit in one organised space.
• This flight case is manufactured from the highest quality 9mm black plywood. Other colours are available at an extra cost.
• Screen printed logos and text are available at an extra cost to help promote your brand and describe what the case is for.
• 6 x Hard-wearing ball corners that protect the case and contents from any external hits.
• 2 x Built-in wheels and extendable handle allow the case to be pulled a long and transported easily and comfortably.
• 2 x Comfortable, sprung, recessed handles.
• 2 x Heavy-duty butterfly catches with locking loops to accept a customer supplied lock.
• 2 x Lid stays hold the lid open at just over 90˚ and prevent the lid from being damaged.
• 1 x Piano hinge allows the lid to open easily.
• 10mm foam lined interior provides added protection to the items in the kit.
