Building your Case

we believe in producing high quality products that last and this is reflected in our material selection.

The case shell is constructed from 9mm Latvian birch plywood and durable double walled aluminium extrusion. This is then drilled and riveted using aluminium grooved rivets, chosen for superior grip.  The use of double walled extrusion also greatly reduces the force exerted on the rivets and prevents them from ripping through the board.

Our skilled case makers will then fix all additional case furniture before passing the case through to the foaming area.
