Cutting your Case

ntly installed a new wall saw we are well equipped in cutting your case panels with pinpoint accuracy.  As the joints of a flight case are particularly high stress points it is imperative that the edges the board are cut cleanly and perfectly square.  This allows the board to sit flat and true within the walls of the aluminium extrusion, resulting in a well balanced stress distribution throughout the case.

After cutting the board, each sheet is routed to accommodate case furniture such as handles, catches, label dishes etc.  These boards are than grouped with the corresponding aluminium extrusion ready for assembly.
